What is the SSV Intelligence System?
An operational intelligence system that structures your company's scattered knowledge: briefs, invoices, assets, references, internal documentation. It turns it into a verified, traceable base accessible by role. Three packages: Impulso (€4,500), Operación (€9,000) and Transformación (€16,000).
What is the difference between the three packages?
Impulso (€4,500) is a deep diagnostic: we deliver an interactive report in 3-4 days. Operación (€9,000) builds the first intelligence layer: knowledge base, console, 1 use case and training in 2-3 weeks. Transformación (€16,000) is the full system: 4 use cases, custom prompt engineering, priority onboarding and strategic workshop in 4-6 weeks.
Does it only work for production companies?
It was born in production but works for any business with operational complexity: agencies, consultancies, service firms, teams with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
What file types can be included?
Spreadsheets, documents, presentations and working files. Additional formats are assessed during the initial diagnostic to ensure compatibility with the classification system.
Do answers change depending on the user?
Yes. Each person logs in with their own account and receives answers adapted to their role: production, leadership, external client. Each sees what they need.
How do you ensure security and privacy?
Full traceability of every action and decision, role-based permissions, and dedicated environments per project. Access logging included.
What does "mandatory human review" mean?
Every trust decision in our system requires explicit human approval. AI proposes options; humans decide. This is implemented in code, not just a policy.
How do I know what you offer is real and not just a demo?
We classified, organised and verified 128 real files with zero errors. Every action is logged with full traceability. We publish both what we do and what we do not yet promise.
Do you have a portal for uploading files?
Not yet. Information ingestion currently works via Google Drive and email. A web upload portal is on our roadmap, but we prefer to activate it when it meets our quality standard.
